Personal Notes: Jhon has been kicked twice in the past for the same reason.
3rd time he got a 1 day ban.
4th time a 1 week Ban (Only this past week)
5th time (Today) 1 month Ban has been lowered to 2 weeks

Just to clarify for those of you reading, he was originally banned for 1 month.

I spoke to Flower and we agreed to limiting it to 2 weeks and unbanning him if he appeals. The reasoning behind this is that he is a past offender for the same thing, however such a long ban seems unreasonable considering we have no concrete evidence of him doing it (video recording); 2 weeks seemed like an ok time because he has done it before and he shouldn't get away with it just because no-one got a video of him doing it without setting a precedent of banning people for non-chat offences using the chat log.

Now you are all welcome to discuss this, I'm new to it all and as such more than happy to hear everyone elses opinion on this as long as it is constructive.

I'm resetting this ban to start date on the 9th because I updated the ban from 1 month to 2 weeks the next day after SK and I decided to downgrade it.

JHon has been taken off his 2 week Ban. Please keep an eye out while he's playing.
He tends to play Normal for a short bit and then he goes bonkers.
He tends to place a jeep beside you at times and blows it up to TK you or, go nuts with a jeep.
He has had 2, 1 day bans from me. A Week ban after that and with only 1 day back after the 1 week ban, he managed to get 2 weeks. All of them for TKing.
If Anyone else catches him, give him no less than 2 weeks ban or maybe even a Month.
A Video recording would be helpful, but My word for his actions should be just as good as a video since I was a TK Victim of his in the last 3 bans.
