Fresh, you don't need to go so easy, normally it's one warning and done. But he will remain banned unless a convincing appeal is posted.

Warned, kicked, then banned. You don't nessicarily need to warn a second time, the kick is the warning. But you can do as many extra steps as you want, your an admin, you can warn him 300 times if you like :lol:
