Try and find nationally on google for BfV games, for example type "Battlefield vietnam" on google and then to the left on the middle in google you can see options to find websites nationally.

Go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us tell them you lost your CD-Key and most of the time they will give you a new one if its your first time asking.
