at about 40 seconds u can see the same every kit hack as he switches from Rpg to sniper and back again.
He was last person alive on map everyone was watching him. MaxD2 noticed he switched from Ak 47 to rpg. Couldnt get more evidence cause map was ending.

What I see, And what John Wayne Sees (XD) Is that he did switch back to the SKS (Type-56) Rifle, and its pretty well seems SKS Has a longer bolt style, Chinese that is. And in the game they are using chinese SKS anyone who has shot a AK47 and SKS (Chinese) Can tell that the bolt is longer. In the last 10 seconds of the video I presses Pause Play Pause Play (etc.) And the bolt is A little larger than the AK47 on the game. Im not saying its full accuracy but Check for youselfs. And if bee kep recording a little bit after you would be able to see the foregrip which would tell alot more about the rifle. And the AK47 bolt is on the right side of the rifle as you can tell in this picture

I dont usually fight for the side of hackers but this one has a special case that should be taken into further consideration of what im saying. And in that video his bolt was on the right side. Not the left

he keeps coming back on server. Hes banned 5 times on Rm so banning him is pretty much usless. I just keep kicking his new Ip every time he comes on. Watched him earlier and he was using 4-5 mortars per kit trying to tk with them.

And you know he was trying to teamkill? anyways, Im standing for my ground here. The admins cant go clearly banning people without studying a full fledge case against him. You can and probibly will say that you did that, but no you didnt. #2 he probibaly doesnt even know we have a fourm, so what cash said just went poof. Even if he doesnt get unbanned, come up with a better system then having FALSE evidence and banning. Come on guys, this is one of the LARGEST clans I know of, and it would be impressive to see a nice well put together system. This is clearly not one. If we need to lets have a meeting (I want to be involved too) Not just admins. To improve the system of banning. It should be almost or damn close to a Criminal Case.

This is not some ordinary guy who can't hold his tongue after being killed serveral times. He has a hack that has never been seen in BFV before, it's actually quite possible that he designed the hack himself. Hackers are people who do not understand fair play, they are the biggest problem in any video game. It takes alot of time to prove someone hacks, that's why we give hackers 0 chances... they get an instant ban.
About the evidence, this is the same guy that Max banned a couple of weeks back, as we can see by his information:

He apparently has access to either a cd-key database or a keygen, and a dynamic IP.

A funny detail is that there are a couple more players who have the same IPrange, their names are:
Pyronamia (banned for teamkilling)
Cut ( banned for teamkilling about 2 years ago)
Nguyen (banned for teamkilling)
};.[/]_^# (who, in my playerdatabase has the note 'hack?', indicating that at the time he was in the server, alot of people were saying he hacked)
Brzeczyszczykiewicz (banned for teamkilling)

The fact that they have the same IP range doesn't necessarily mean they are the same person, but if we take into account the fact that Cut and Pyromania have the same key, I think the odds of those 4 being different people, are astronomical. Their behaviour also seems kind of familiar.

Teamkilling, hacking, and he keeps coming back. I say: Keep banning the guy. Good job admins.

Today there was a player_1, player_2, player_3 and a player_4 online when we were playing Irving. player 1 was destroying the box, heli's and other vehicles at his own base. Player 3 and player 4 (both with a ping between 120 and 130) were both using their sa7 as a machinegun (firing unlimited rockets at fast rate) both standing next to each other under the bridge. Seems like these hackers are forming a team.

Funny thing is that even with their hacks on they still have a bad score . I think it are frustrated noobs.

My issue is the Legistative issues of banning. Cash im talking to you ( your the only one who understands). In america we have the Legislative system we need a better one of those in the Helloclan.
