Thats not quite exact how we administrate, we follow:

1.Warn
2.Kick
3.Ban

If he does not listen when you warn him , or just keep doing it, you kick him. If he comes back behaving its no problem. If he comes back after kick and keep doing what he did. You can ban

It's been more than a month, improper ban technique was used and it's only a language offense. Unbanned.
