Perma banned?

Am i perma banned or banned for 3 months? I'm thinking about doing a 90 day jail stint if it is 3 months, anyhow tell me how long it is, i enjoy playing with you all :'(

I told him that, its not the problem, we need to clearn the ban list and add the bans again.
