Admin allowed cheats!!! WTF

So ive known SAS elite soldier for quite some time. Had him on xfire for along time. Always got along with him, ingame and out. I have called on him when there were problems in the server that needed attention, etc. etc.
Today, in the server i again called on him for a suspicious individual was playing with the rest of us who dont cheat and i asked him to spec this guy. So he did, and he tells me that the guy is hacking, shooting at people he cant see, so on so on. ok cool... but than the dude leaves before SAS elite soldier can ban him. DANG!!! ikr... no biggie, we can get him later. This was our entire conversation via xfire.

Now i know he assures me AND everyone else that he doesnt use these cheats when hes playing....
BUT HOW THE HELL DO WE KNOW THAT?
I could tell you i'm a millionaire in texas and ASSURE you all of that.... how am i to prove it?
The ONLY thing that is for certain here, is that this is an ADMIN for the HELLO server, someone that i DID have a lot of respect for, someone that OPENLY admits to using cheats, or (having cheats).
I'd like to know, IF he ONLY EVER uses these to catch hackers, why OH WHY, is the only hacker he caught, Mad Clown in the last 4 months... If thats the ONLY reason he has cheats... shouldnt there be like ZERO hackers on the HELLO server??? i mean REALLY???
And i know that everyone here likes SAS elite soldier, hell i like him too... hes a good dude, always has been.
But is THIS allowed? The example that is being set here, is that its OK for an admin to use the cheats, OR to have the cheats, because SOME people believe he wont use them... But what if I had cheats, and said i didnt use them, or ANYONE ELSE for that matter...
So what if he sais he can send a ss, or a video, WTF does that prove??? THAT, only proves he wasnt using them at the time he makes the video or takes the ss. correct?
In my opinion this is absolutely unacceptable, this gos against the rules set forth by the leader of the clan, its not ok for anyone else to use or have them, than this guy shouldnt have them either. Not just that but AN ADMIN... someone thats supposed to be an example in the server, someone thats supposed to be a leader for others...
And whether you know him or not is quite irrelevant, whether you believe he uses them or not is irrelevant.
What is relevant, is he openly admits he has cheats, knows HOW to use them, and will.
What will you think the next time SAS Elite Soldier sneaks up on you and knifes you in the back?
I would hope there is an outcome here.

Now that we all read Toxic's one sided complaint, I would like to express myself.

Toxic, he hates hackers. I'm sure we all can agree in that. So I don't doubt why he posted this. This is a perfect chance for him to get me down and make everybody hate me. I, SAS-Elite Soldier, confirm that I got a program that have influence on Battlefield Vietnam. But I do not confirm that I use it for personal purposes such as getting a better score or shooting better. Now how do I prove this you ask yourself? I literally got a ton of photos of all kinds from that game, trough time that I am ready to post if required. And secondly, nobody, I repeat, nobody has ever complained or suspected me for hacking. It happens once in a while of course, but that counts for everyone. People don't complain about me, because I play normal. You all know how you can feel if you got killed wrongly, or strangely. I will try to short this down a lot, but since it's complicated and a long explanation it is gonna fill a page or two. Normally, servers in Battlefield Vietnam have a spectator options available that lets admins see both sides. As we all know, that feature does not work on Hello's All maps server. And it's the most useful feature to observe suspicious people with. Now, what I do is, I use the program to re-create that. Letting me see both sides (Also known as 3D map hack, as people call it) It helps me incredibly much to see who the hackers are or not, as I don't want to blame a person for hacking if he isn't. I use it to help him. I want to clear the server from hackers as well, and I told him the truth of how I do it, because I don't lie to people. Now you will properly ask yourself, why I didn't inform the management? It's the same as a lie. No, it's not. Being willing or not, to publish/tell it to someone voluntarily isn't lying. But to not say to truth when people ask you, that's lying. I told this to Toxic because I didn't expect him to go crazy about it. I would rather be honest and not lie to him, but apparently, I didn't know him well enough. I don't want any other people than me involved in this, as I take full responsibility of my actions. I have helped people a lot, observing other players. They have been thankful for that, and my pleasure. I know people will see me as a hacker because I 'Use them'. That's what this topic is about. And I already told toxic that I use a program to catch them, so I don't know why he didn't write this topic back then.

I want the community to understand that, I do not use cheats for my own personal purposes. I never have. I really hope that you guys will open your minds and see this from other perspectives than putting me in the bad light. I want you to ask yourself, would you be any better yourself? If you were in my situation? All I did this for was to help people, I meant no harm in any ways. I love this community. I'm not stupid. I know what the consequences would be if I did it. Apparently, my trust in Toxic as a friend made him post this. I'm mature enough to handle this kind of software properly. I know Toxic will lay a lot of weight on 'ANY RROOF I DIDN'T USE THEM BEFORE IN TIME?' Well, no. First off, nobody here got the rights to tell me what I am allowed to have on my computer. I own it. So you should reclaim that statement. Yes, I am admin on the server, but does that mean I have to watch out what kind of files I got on my computer? NOT AT ALL. Now lets move on to the next part.

Yes, I do only ever use them to catch hackers. And blaming me why the only hacker I banned, by saying I got the cheats for only that purpose, where is that gonna take you? I got a freaking life to take care of, I can't sit in front of the computer and filming hackers every single day. It's silly that just because I have software on my personal computer, that can be used for cheating purposes, that I'm a hacker and beast for this community? You are gonna see me as a hacker because of that? So, you are literally saying, if I deleted it I would be all fine. As long as I don't have the program I'm clean? That's how you pronounce it.

It's against the rules in the way not to use any kind of hacks at all, I agree. But since they haven't been used for any harm or crimes, it's only the principle that matters. Toxic, You have claimed various people hacks, you can 'feel it' when they hack. You haven't had that feeling of me, have you? I'm asking you to think it trough. You can easily kill me, you own me hard time, but you still think I am stupid enough to use hacks? Don't you think I saw this coming? I apology for any trouble this might have caused.

False, I like you, and always have.
Plane and simple, you use a 3d map hack. Admitted it, and know HOW to use it properly.
It is NOT my wish to turn ANYONE against you. besides your a well enough liked individual to where their friendship towards you should not change at all...and if something like this makes them hate you, then they werent your pal to begin with, correct?
I still like you, that doesnt change...however my opinion of your gameplay will now forever be questionable, and for that im sorry. for we have had many good fights, ive told you this, i enjoy or did enjoy playing with you, you are a good sport and a tough competitor.
Regardless, the fact remains that you own, and could be or have used (in the past, future, present) in your possesion 3d map cheats. And that makes a difference.
A leader in the server shouldnt have these programs for a game he or she plays.

Anyway, if he really was using hacks habitually in game, why would he want to mention the fact that he has hacks to anyone, for any reason? Wouldn't he want to keep things quiet instead?

Holy walls of text. Anywho! SAS, you do realise you can turn hacks off, right? That is, unless you're using some ghetto hack which you probably aren't. Phantom 3.1 is my guess, who wouldn't?

Anyhow, I don't think that hacks should be used to counter hacks, but instead take a video of questionable gameplay and post it for maybe the community to vote on (inb4 everyone flames the guy when he's not hacking).

We all know that hacking is wrong in everyway... it makes it unfair for other people on the server... thats why we dont allow it here... we like to keep Hello clan a happy place for everyone

We, the management, understand what SAS is doing here and why he's doing it... He's doing it for a good reason but we dont feel that this is the right way to go at it

We also acknowledge that Kurk is right as well.. a hack should not be used to counter another hack... we feel that you should video tape a suspicious guy instead of hacking to find it...

There will be no more hacking by any admins whatsoever. Myself and other management will speak with him personally and discuss this. We apologize for the inconvenience and for this.

We want to keep HELLO a happy place for all and make sure everyone has a great time.
