UnBan Request ( + letter to admins )

Blackhawk... i hope your not taking this lightly. But anyway... i have had many requests to unbann you (including right now), however i have denied them all. Prersonnaly you apologiesed for doing different things in the past and said you wouldnt do it again, but then have continued to do them. I dont know if i can take this request seriously or not.

yet when i watch these so called (evidence) videos of someone hacking... why is it that the first thing i see is you insulting a player?

well, blackhawk did make a big mistake (he told people on chat how to get hacks) and were spamming often
but he was always respectfull to me (when i wasnt admin) and to other admins and to the Hello Clan.
He was always respectfull and didnt break any rules (except this time).But i am for unbanning him.
He has apologized for it many times and deserves to get a second chance.
If he would promise not to spam so much anymore, i would like to give him a second chance.
But lets see what the other admins and the leaders says.
