Server Rules?

I was wondering where I could find the server rules.
I have searched almost everywhere and yet, I cannot find it...

Well they are announced on the server with the messages instantly showing.

Here they are listed:
RULES
1.No chat spam.
2.No Sexual or Racist comments or in-game nicks..
3.Recruiting, Basecamping and Ramming are allowed.
4.Be nice to other clans and people.
5.Follow the rules or be banned.

Hacking is not allowed either, but we choose to leave it out on the list to keep people off-topic
