Byrd always being on the US/ARVN side often experiences mi-8 raping. Byrd knows we rape with helis, but it is harder to rape with the cobra than the mi-8 or huey gunship
OPERATION GAME WARDEN: The Viet Cong did not have an airforce, let alone helicopters. Maybe removing the Mi-8 here would be nice. Also being 1965 the USA did not have huey gunships yet. Maybe removing the one of mi-8 and the Huey Gunship/Slick will be a good idea.
SIAGON 1968: This map is just not right to Byrds Standards. A: Again the Viet Cong did not have an airforce, let alone helicopters, the mi-8 SHOULD BE REMOVED here. The assault on siagon was from under ground, and you cant fit a heli underground.
Fact: altough the NVA had Mi-8s, they never used them in combat against the USA/ARVN, furthermore they only recieved the transpot version.
Maybe removing the Mi-8 attack helis and mi-8 transport version (Langvei only) would be a nice and instead replacing them with tunnels which the commustist vietnamese used them in every singe operation execpt Hue. In addition the USA had total air superiority durring the course of the vietnam war.
