Stopping the spammers

Byrd is sick and tired of the spammmers that are making new topics advertising the site. Is there away to stop theses spammers (who in byrds opinoin deserve to die)
Some Suggestions:
-Finding there ip (if they are the same and banning the IP
-Creating a policy agreements that forbids advertising when registering an account, do if the account does spam, Helloclan has rights to sue them for lots of $$$$$$$, that can thaan go to the helloclan funds.

A. Its multiple people/bots
B. Proxies, lots and lots of proxies.
C. This shows how people think you can sue for anything and everything. If you could sue, it wouldn't be worth the legal fees, the years of counter-suing and on. Suing does not consist of a speedy trial where the accuser makes and automatic $100K plus win after a days hard battle.
Ca. You have to prove a loss of funds to effectively sue.
D. Just because its in your Terms of Service doesn't mean it gives you the right to sue.
