lol,this not really help, some players do not have a fix ip (do not know the word for it)
they just need to restart the modem and thats all

The word for a fixed IP is Static, although Fixed does work. The other form of IP is Dynamic, just to clear that up.

You guys can't ban the whole IP sub-network, can you?

They can ban the range (Ie: 255.255.*.*), but that would mean a lot of players could also be banned since multiple people use a single range.

Since the banlist was cleared some weeks ago, the player was unbanned. Banned him again, this time he was using the nickname 'Autocat'.

I was warned that someone was hacking, people didn't know who he was. I checked, and it turned out to be Mad Mean Dean. That's reason one, reason two is that when the video about him hacking was originally published, he was banned from SEXY, and he justed started playing ( and hacking ) on HELLO. No reason to think he will suddenly stop it.
