There is not a whole lot on the logs, but you see the part where I ask him to change his name he screams F--- YOU ADMIN! Then he finally does change his name to a racist name... So I feel like this is a fair ban.

I was on bout 1 hour before the logs above. I was the one who asked Giggles to connect as admin to give them a warming and kick (and later even suggest to ban them)
Both {Hitler Youth}- Hitler and {Hitler Youth}- jap where name calling all the time saying things like "hello clan is sh*t", "where are you fags", "f**k you", "ni***r" and so on.... (30 minutes or so)
some players (2 or 3) asked them to change their names but without insulting them. They awnsered with name callling... (see above)

Later, 5 minutes before Giggles connected, they start heavy chat spam (e.a. 40 times in a row F2-F1 ....). i guess it was {Hitler Youth}- Hitler.

I hate Bans! Everybody should be able to play on HELLO or any other Server and should not get banned because of one or two times insulting or a little, personal "vandetta".... (For this you have a warning and in case a kick to calm down) (once giggles had to give me a warning ).
But it was kind of obviously that both of them intention was to crash the atmosphere trolling around and insulting. So in my opinion this is a fair ban.

Please do not tell me you are going to become another Berserker with these things. People in Bf1942 have these names all the time and no one whines about them, so what is the problem here? Since you asked for it. Interrogative sentences should not be started with the use of a conjunctive word (and, but, or or) without the use of a comma, especially when it is a clause retaining to the original thought; ie: The English was clear enough for me.

The new rules basically implied that someone saying "hey my niggah" or simply being named "nazi" won't be banned. Instead if it is directed to a individual or a group of people he will be banned. So before when someone named fucker would be banned, he was warned but choose to ignore it and therefore he gets banned. I bet 90% of the players dont pay attention to the chat. Atleast 50% have never used it. So that's kind of the line drawn. As this guy was responding it is surely a fair ban

Yes, but who's to day that how he responded is what he would really say? He was obviously annoyed that the admin was telling him his name was offensive, so it would be safe to say that the admin antagonized the response out of him.

The first conversation between Giggles and Hitler results in Hitler saying "fuck you admin" when all Giggles has done has asked him and his friend to change his name to something more appropriate. I'm sure the reason why it’s inappropriate is obvious to most people and therefore does not need explaining, especially for some of the stuff it represents, therefore the player is kicked. He then returns with the same name, knowing it was inappropriate beforehand, and is asked to change it again, at this point you can see it is annoying the other players. Hitler then proceeds to change his name to "kkk", yet again unacceptable as it symbolises racism and white supremacy, something else not allowed, as such the player is banned. From the chat it also appears they were being disruptive in-game from both other players saying stuff regarding them as well as they themselves saying how fun it is to do "this" with USA team and that next round the Vietcong will get annoyed so they are not banned solely on what can be perceived as an offensive and racist name.

In other words: sit out this one kurk, there will soon be a new ban you can proove wrong
