[BFV] Fill The Server Event 2025

It's time for this year's Fill-The-Server event! It will take place on

April 12, 2025, at 7 PM UTC ​

on our Allmaps server.

Really looking forward to this event, 9pm is prime time for us Central European players; definitely going to stick around for as long as will be possible. I'll be trying to get a few more old time players I have on Steam to hop in as well. I for my part can't wait.

All European and Asian players must take an afternoon nap on the event date so that they can play longer at night. Control the beer consumption to minimum so that they don't pass out on the computer. Keep food, snacks and drinkng water next to the computer so they don't have to get up to eat and hydrate. Die hard BFV players keep a bucket next to their computer desk to pee in so that they don't have to go to the bathroom. Elderly BFV players should hire a massage lady to massage their backs and necks while they are competing in the event to avoid tiredness.

Admins, It's there a way we all can sign up for text message alerts for events, or when server reaches a certain number? I know there is an app for that but text message alerts can reach more players.

Please explore such services for the clan. Thanks!

Not really. I was thinking of a way where players would enter their direct cell phone numbers in this form or another website and they would periodically receive (according to their preferences) text messages about online player numbers and fill the server events. Direct text messages to their phone without apps.

We don't know why its laggy, but are working on it...

I hope everyone had fun! I was able to play a few maps before it started getting laggy for me. I ended up having to attend to a family matter anyways but that was my first event and it was so cool to see a full server!

Are these only once a year?

This event was a HUGE success in spite of the lag that some players were experiencing during the peak of player numbers seen below. In my experience the lag went away after a few maps.

At the end of the day when we were down to about 7 players, we were still having fun, even in Albany.

The funniest part was during Con Thien when the last remaining guys got together at the US main and started dancing and doing stunts with helis. It was hilarius. Check out this clip:

We are sorry for the lags, we did our best to stop that.

But as Al Gore wrote, I would like to thank you all for your participation! We went to 59 players at peak! This game is far from dead. Thank you!

We need to check, if we do another event like this in this year. Usually, we did this once a year.
