There are select players who have been wanting something like this done to you for a very long time. I played off their requests because I believed you could change. Although you did slightly, you are proving them all the more right still.
With a discussion between active admins, and a review of the most recent behavior, including some of your more prominent past issues, we have collectively decided to give you a forced vacation from HelloClan's Battlefield Vietnam server.
It should be said that the admins themselves were content with seeing you off for 2-3 weeks to cool off. Heilig & I however agreed that, given your standing within our community, you deserve a time rounded up a bit to a month.
Whilst we truly do wish to inspire change in the player(s) that are most complained about, we can only go so far before a line must be drawn. A handful of such players that had a line drawn for them returned to be better players, and if that can be done for you after this expires, I'd be quite content.
Though, as a HelloClan Leader, as a person that is responsible for this community, it is my responsibility to ensure our active players enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. That includes our staff members as well.
You enjoy the privilege of playing on our server, where;
These benefits all come via us, for free and executed by people that do not profit by any means through their actions which are done solely for the passion they hold and their willingness to help. And they have been taken for granted.

Sidenote, I intervened here because I grow tired of the same cycle. It was definitely me on the RM, and yes, I told Blue to shut up.
Let me explain why I kicked you for "literally saying nothing". You choose to come play on our server, you choose how you want to act. You chose to spark a conversation about a staff member in a wholly negative light. Everything was fine, everyone was fine, until you chose that topic to bring up.
Now, don't get me wrong, you are entitled to your opinions just as everyone else is. But if you want to join our server, if you choose to play on our server, you are not automatically entitled to belittle staff members that actually want to help the community out.
The staff member you are dragging through the mud has actually defended you on multiple occasions, not that this will help cease your hostilities towards him. But it had to be said.
Moving on to that actual topic about defending you and my statements against you of double standards;
Now here, Flight as an Admin, is rightly so enforcing the rule, yet you find it wrong and claim that he is abusing his power to do so.
So, in the past you've happily come to my DM's on Discord, told me player x is stirring the pot, I'd look into it and take action. You were perfectly okay with that happening. With full understanding of the rule. Though now, you yourself break it and take exception to the fact that you are being taken to task over breaking it? Hence, double standards.

It genuinely does not help any of us when a player carries on in-game whilst we are either busy tabbing in and out to deal with something, or trying to find out other information through the admin channels. He was not on a power trip, he was not abusing his admin power and as you can see, he did take action against your accuser.
Flight, just like any admin before him, wanted to make sure he followed HelloClan's guidelines. Our guidelines. He did not want to kick unnecessarily, he did not want to remove players from the game. He showed great restraint and really did prove he likes lenience over immediate action. I'd say a nice quality. You disagree.
On top of all of this, I do not expect any Admin to take heat sitting down. Because he was square up against you, you saw his action as unwarranted yet you did and still do just the same to him.
I've explained this now a few times, both of you think there's a conspiracy going on and you are both wrong. In responses to both of your requests that Flight or other admins online at the time take action "just because you said it happened" the admins stated that you could report the rule breakers on the forum with any evidence. It really helps. Both of you took this the wrong way too. And again after it was explained.
Because Flight is now both of your public enemy, you take our long standing way of doing things as him not taking action, not performing his duty as an admin, berating him for being a "bad" admin. Is this how you really want to spend your time in this old game? Do either of you think this is how I want to treat other players that show up for the game? You have your heads the wrong way around if you think I take any joy from typing any of this. I do it because it seems some people don't believe the truth nowadays and some don't like it when they don't get what they want.

Our policy HAS always been that even if an Admin is in-game, they will not take action if they did not personally witness it. They will not take the word of a player in-game that something happened. If they wish to, they will go spec the player under the assumption they may break a rule again or let the other admins know and it is later looked into. They are not bound to ask how high you'd like them to jump.
