Abuse could be reported like any other rule break and if the logs don't tell then screenshots or a small videos could do the job as evidence.

I found out that ~10 is the needed player count after which a server will fill up itself by attracting new player.

I couldn't agree more. Also BFV was developed by Digital Illusions CE (DICE) and only published by EA. That's why it was so much better than any other BF games and also more realistic / historical accurate. EA did later take-over DICE

they play RS2V :p Imho the main reason why player numbers are small is the fact that EA doesn't allow the game to be published/downloaded anymore + the tricky installation on modern OS

99% of our player behave commendably. They don't get a "special" mention for that. Sticking to the rules is nothing that should get recognition. It should be matter of course.....
