After Bang's purge and Denal's post, next on the list was me apparently. If anyone cares, I was removed from Hello admin leadership, and the only reason I was given is the following DM on Discord:
No explanation, no questions asked, nothing. Simply deleted.
And let me tell you something, they gave a long ass (not really) reason as to why Bang was removed (years upon years of torture?0), but they won't give you a reason for my removal.
First of all, some background. As some of you may know, I'm not really active on Hello. The reason is that I only really play actively during the summer, and also join for any events.
When I was invited to join as an admin, I made that very clear, and it wasn't an issue. Years passed, fastforwarding to now when it's my turn to run the 2 events that are coming.
P.S. Now I'm given a reason for my removal, I was spotted by a spy in Bang's new Discord that I said that I won't "lift my finger to promote Hello's events", which as we all know have scored the whooping 9 and 6 players at peak lately. Apparently I'm the bad guy for not wanting to waste my time on events that shouldn't even happen, considering we get around 20 players on weekends.
Hello, and specifically Heilig's latest decisions in removing half of the leadership and promoting someone who changes his pfp and nickname 10 times a day (whut?) seems to be aimed at something, maybe reforming Hello into something new. But removing an entire community and a bunch of your leadership just because you feel like it, people who bothered to spend time on Hello, for the benefit of it, doesn't seem logical, no?
I still plan on playing on Hello (if I don't get banned lol), but once again only during the summer. And I want this message to reach all the current and future leadership, and have them think of the following questions: when is my time coming too, and should I support such a regime?
